1991 Orville SG-65EB '62 reissue, with dark rosewood fretboard. This was a factory Heritage Cherry overspray—visible on the headstock side and finish chip on body horn. (It is subtle, and was very difficult to photograph as it's the exact color as the rug reflections. Really only apparent under scrutiny/harsh overhead lighting.)

Original warranty card marked "EB" for Ebony finish, sale date stamp January 18th, 1992. Manufactured at the Terada factory in Japan.

100% fully functional. No breaks or repairs.

There are additional photos on my website showcasing further details.

Condition
Cosmetically the 30+ year old instrument is in very good shape, with a various minor dings, chips, scratches and finish wear commensurate with age. Being an Ebony finish, there are many superficial finish marks and hazing throughout. Cloudiness on headstock face. Heritage Cherry finish visible on bass side of headstock. Minor dings/chips on tip of headstock.

Frets have minor wear, primarily in the open chord area beneath the unwound strings on frets 1-3. No major divots/fretting out/etc. Superficial finish cracks at nut (likely from nut replacement some time ago). Back of neck is free of dings; a few minor dings on shoulders.

Factory plastic on control plate cover.
