Built like a rock, feels Great and even smells great. A fantastic example of a Les Paul Special from 2012. There are a couple dings but no major gouges, gashes or breaks. Lots of life left in frets and truss rod.
I’ve upgraded the pickups to McNelly ‘Stagger Swagger’ pickups. They were $500 for the set. More details below from the McNelly site...
Since their introduction, we keep hearing from customers that Stagger Swaggers are the best sounding pickups they have ever heard. --- Gosh, thanks! :)
That's a little vague, though. Here's what you can realistically expect: They do away with the old "have your cake and eat it" dilemma. They have all the dynamics and sizzle of true single coil pickups. Crisp and clear with beautiful depth in the low end. They also happened to be noise-cancelling. Go ahead, eat up!

Guitar ships in a hardshell case. Unoriginal pickgaurd currently installed but I’ll include an actual Les Special guard to the buyer. The original is gone and was nothing To write home about.
