1964 Vox Shadow guitars were manufactured in the United Kingdom by JMI (Jennings Musical Industries) in Dartford, Kent. The 1964 model featured a slim, 1 1/8-inch mahogany body, a sycamore neck, and came in a three-tone sunburst or red finish. It was designed like a three-pickup Fender Stratocaster.

Key Details for 1964 Vox Shadow:

Origin: UK-made (JMI). While later Vox models moved production to Italy, 1964 models were generally British.

Finish: Available in Three-Tone Sunburst or Red.

Specs: 3x single-coil pickups, 3-way selector, mahogany body, and sycamore neck.

All electronics work as they should, it is in need of some fret work at the high end and the tuners and trem arm are not original.

These guitars are highly sought after and very collectible.
