Two vintage Premier bass drum pedals from the 70s or so. They are basically usable as is (particularly the one with the Premier logo intact), but both have had the footboard repaired at some point. One was welded, the other was fixed with a small plate and a bolt.
The welded one shouldn't have any issues in that spot moving forward.
