Pr of vintage Telefunken/EI Ecc83/12ax7 preamp driver tubes, 1970s, test very strong/balanced, Made in Germany. They are smooth long plates. These are the later version Telefunkens without the engraved diamonds on the bottoms.  They were probably made in the Siemans German factory. They have the incomparable vintage 1970s quality German design, craftsmanship, tooling, attention to detail and performance that only vintage tubes can offer. They test very strong and balanced on my B&K Mutual Conductance tube tester, both sides of both tubes test over 910 where 640 is minimum good. They sound superb, open, detailed, spacious, involving, smooth and musical. Vintage tubes simply sound better, are made better and last longer than anything that is manufactured today.
