Do you enjoy stalking prey, raw meat, and sprayin' your acrid scent wherever you go? Me too! If so, this here is your strap! No Carol Baskins, no actual leopards were harmed in the making of this fine fake velvety wildcat fur strap, though I'm sure any leopard would be instantly jelly of how soft, clean and lush it is! I've always said every rock guitarin' tomcat needs at least one animal print strap in the stable. Why not make it one of the best available anywhere on planet Earth?
The Wild Things "Deaf Leopard" is 3" wide, padded, and as fun as fun as something like this outta be. Super soft 'n comfy, but also wildly showy - as sexy as it feels hyper-luxurious. I build thick foam padding in the shoulder, very nice black reinforced leather on front and back ends, and tail strap for security. The inside lining is a velvety black fabric, has a good grippy feel and will dry out fast. Super practical for long rehearsals or arduous gigging. Will fight back neck dive very well.

Goes from about 43" to about 58" in length which is about 7" inches longer in full extension than most factory-pooped straps. You just cannot throw cool shapes with a shorty strap. Try it, sometime if you need a laugh. You need some room. Don't you hate all those store-boughts that come in two inches too short even at last adjustment? OMG! This bugged me for years. It's one of the reasons why I started making straps for myself, and I just knew someone, (maybe even me!) could find ways to make a more comfortable strap that didn't pound at my pressure points, like ol' Pete North poundin' away on... well, let's just not go there. Nobody needs to be seen on stage wincin' 'n grimacing, unless you're faking all your pain and displeasure as part of your act.

Over the years I've reissued pretty much this same strap a few times since 2015, making a couple at a time. Same material, but according to my records none new since 2021. They usually do sell out fast. For matching purposes understand this leopard is more on the tan side than any kind of yellowy/orange, the photos are pretty accurate.
