This Yamaha SA-1000 is an amazing ES style guitar in great condition. A high-quality, Nippon build ca. 1980s this top tier Super Axe plays and sounds fantastic. Straight neck with nice action, outstanding natural resonance and excellent tone from the original humbuckers. A pleasure to play.
Cosmetically the SA is looking good. Nicks, dings, scratches, scuffs and patina where expected but big picture beauty. Super handsome in heritage Cherry. Included is the Original Hardshell Case.
Free local pick up from PTD Vintage in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood available and encouraged. Shipping is a flat $125 in the lower 48.
