One KILLER Vintage 1963 Fender Jazzmaster Body!
We're proud to offer this very cool PRE-CBS Fender JM body from one of the most desirable production years in Fender's history: 1963. This arrived to us with all original late 1963 / early 1964 parts. The neck date was DEC 63 (available in our other listings).
An incredible chance to snag an amazing PRE-CBS project body with no extra routes or damage to the factory specs. The finish on this body is fully original with no areas of overspray or refinish. There is some amazing natural wear or "relic" to this body. The finishes that Fender was spraying in 1963 were very thin - and always show the most incredible wear marks from 6 decades of use. The neck pocket shows the the original paint stick mark and inspection stamps. At 4lbs excactly, this body is feather-light as you'd expect from PRE-CBS Alder.
This body includes it's original bridge bushings and original strap buttons.
