Well-Hung "Bunkhouse" - 3" wide padded guitar strap in saddle tan fabric

So you can maybe tell the wife and I are bingin' on a series. I'm ranch-raised myself, so it's real fun to pick out details both good 'n bad. I'd even forgotten about "wonder dust." Amazing stuff. One thing I do reckon is, we did seem to have a lot less murderin' of each other 'round these parts, but I gotta agree moving herd with horses is far superior to ATVs. So, for all you cowboys-in-waitin', perhaps you missed your chance at gettin' broke by a crazy bobcat fireball like Beth, but you can still git yourself under a strap proclaiming your servitude to the "cowboy way." It'll be settin' there proud, right up front on your chest, without you having to endure the slight discomfort of a red hot brandin' iron searing directly into your flesh. Yessir, that ominous "Hooked Rockin' Y" brand is stitched there with good thread, in genuine leather, too.

Another rare release, "Bunkhouse," is in my premium "Class Act" format. What that means is a heavier duty, more comfy 3" wide style, with a gorgeous western back buckle set on the back end, protected by a pass thru, minimizing chances of instrument contact. Also , this one goes long, quickly and easily adjusting 42"-58." I designed my Well-Hung Class Act to be super convenient in that you do NOT have to remove your strap, or the guitar to adjust for length. This format also has no slider or ladder style transition bump inside which might rub your back, if those things bug you. I don't ever seem to feel 'em myself, but I know there's folks out there who'll swear on a stack of playboys that they can.

Because I consider this one of my more elegant / premium designs, I typically make 'em out of leather. This is an exception. It's out of some sort of synthetic fabric, saddle-coloured. Now it feels like leather, looks a lot like leather too, with a really great old-timey grain pattern, but it sure as heck ain't leather! In fact it's got quite a bit more flex to it than leather, so it's softer, but still has that visual vibe in spades. It's a strong fabric used in the sofa industry, designed to endure lots of butt action, um... let me rephrase that... "manufactured to stand up to a lot of wear and tear." Ain't leather though, so it's priced lower than I'd typically want to ask for a rig like this. Still, all my craft /design, and the beautiful western buckle set remain top end. If you'd like to test this innovative design style out at a lower price point, with a quality strap that'll still last you a very long time, this here is a pretty decent opportunity. Remember too, these fancy buckle sets do cost me a real good dollar, and it's brand new.... so I feel this is a fair value.

"Bunkhouse" adjusts best between 42" minimum to max 58" pin-to-pin - that's a good 8 inches longer than most off-the-rack straps, wouldn't be Well-Hung if it wasn't. So, if you crave the low-hang stance that makes all the best stage-shapes possible, here you go! It's 3" wide wide on the shoulder, that kind of surface area is ideal for weighty guitars. I costs me more material and time, but I almost always roll my top material over the sides, so they're NOT just cut off like so many others feel they can get away with. This means almost all W-H straps WON'T bite into your neck. Strong reinforced LEATHER nose end plus a leather-reinforced tail end too. You'll most likely not require strap locks or beer washers to keep this on your instrument. Robust and secure, seriously like no other strap you've used - I hear it over and over.

Sewn with T90 upholstery thread, with long-wearing matching corduroy heavy upholstery fabric as lining. A good amount of grip to 'er which will beat back even serious neck dive. It's real comfortable on the shoulder and will dry out fast. Built inside this strap is over 24" long 3/4" thick carved upholstery foam, compressing perfectly - it's make you go "Ahhhhh" as soon as it settles on you.

I MAKE POSSIBLY THE WORLD'S MOST COMFORTABLE GUITAR STRAP. Bold claim I know. Those who are truly Well-Hung (most customers repeat), won't often disagree. It's mostly due to the my 3" wide footprint distributing weight, so it don't beat down hard on your pressure points. Then, the built-in approx. 20" of carefully carved and layered foam padding takes my straps into an other-worldy level of comfy. Just fantastic when bearing heavier guitars, lighter ones too. A big bonus is, my straps do NOT look all Michelin-man poofy, orthopedic medical devicey, or a dumb wookie ammo belt harness get-up like other comfort straps can often resemble. And, no stanky guitar finish-corroding neoprene-like substances either. In short, A Well-Hung Guitar Strap looks right, feels right, is right.

My straps are handmade by me, I am not a factory or a robot, I too am a guitar-playing brother, so I get it. It's a walmart pie v.s. grandma pie thing.
