K Yairi DY-53N with Hiscox Hardcase in very good condition.

A K Yairi DY-53N acoustic, made in Japan, and a fairly rare model to come across. These are beautifully built, lively, resonant guitars with a big, open voice, the kind of instrument that feels immediately “special” in the hands.

For this example, the year is unknown as the soundhole label has deteriorated over time, so the date is no longer clearly legible.

A really useful bonus on this one is the 3-piece body-mounted piezo pickup, which gives a more realistic, better-balanced amplified sound across the strings than many basic pickup setups. Ideal if you want a proper acoustic tone on stage or in the studio without losing the natural character of the guitar.

This guitar is in very good condition with only light cosmetic signs of use. It has been professionally set up and checked, plays comfortably, and is ready to go.
