The 1.25 Studio: This is super popular as a crossover mouthpiece. Tons of "zip" and front to the attack. A special all-new cup, throat, and backbore produces one of the most efficient commercial pieces I have played without it backing up on you! I designed this mouthpiece to feel more forgiving (especially in this blank) and gained more core in the overall sound shape. This piece is so great for the orchestral player looking for a Pops-style mouthpiece or someone who loves larger diameter pieces.
This mouthpiece also features a clear acrylic screw rim making it great for outdoor performances and makes the mouthpiece sit even more comfortably on the chops. It uses Warburton threads and is therefore compatible with many other modern screw rim pieces.
