• 90 days all-inclusive (nontransferable)

Defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

Repair or replacement at Mackie/LOUD’s discretion.

Telephone and web support during warranty period.

Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches).

Improper use, installation, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.

Missing or altered serial numbers.

Consumable items and power distribution equipment.

Damage caused by third-party equipment/software.

Must provide valid proof of purchase (receipt, online registration, or warranty card).

Obtain Service Request Number before returning the product.

Customer pays for shipping to Mackie; Mackie pays return shipping (U.S./Canada only).

Repairs or replacements carry the remaining original warranty or the new repair/replacement period (whichever is longer).

Warranty is nontransferable.

No liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (may vary by jurisdiction).

Liability limited to the purchase price of the product.
