Under the Mayones label, the custom guitar and bass manufacturer in Gdańsk has been building superbly crafted instruments since 1982 under the leadership of the founding Dziewulska family. Today, these instruments are among the most sought-after European guitars and basses in the metal scene and are played by musicians such as Adam Christiansen (Architects) and Rick Schneider (Polaris) all over the world. This Regius Pro 7, custom-made to order, belongs to Mayones' absolute top class and is exemplary of its uncompromising quality. A swamp ash body combined with a richly figured claro walnut top not only provides an elegant look, but also a tight, clearly defined fundamental tone with powerful mids and brilliant highs. The 11-piece, six-bolt neck made of maple, mahogany, wenge, and amazakoe provides enormous stability and brutal sustain. Particularly noteworthy is the rare birdseye maple fingerboard, which is both a visual highlight and impresses with its crisp directness.

Electronically, the guitar is equipped with two DiMarzio Air Norton 7 humbuckers, which provide powerful, assertive sounds – both clean and distorted. Thanks to the push-pull coil split and the killswitch, the sound spectrum is considerably expanded, making the Regius Pro 7 suitable for modern metal genres as well as progressive and experimental styles.

The Schaller Original Tremolo Floyd Rose bridge, in combination with the locking nut and Sperzel Trim-Lok tuners, guarantees absolute tuning stability even with intensive tremolo use.

This instrument also sets standards in terms of appearance: the semi-transparent Trans Natural Matt finish impressively highlights the spectacular grain of the Claro Walnut top and gives the guitar a noble, timeless character.

This Mayones Regius Pro 7 is in excellent condition and technically flawless. Visually, if anything, it has only the finest superficial wear (see pictures). The frets are immaculate.
