Vintage Pearl Tom Arm from the 60s. Hexagonal Rogers Swivomatic style arm.
It's in nice shape, a few small spots of wear on the arms, some minor cosmetic signs of use and age as expected, but nothing serious. It locks nice and tightly in position.
