My sales are very controlled by myself only as I am a private seller and not a store shop, so if this electric guitar is up for sale on Reverb then it is available for purchase; the electric guitar shipped to you will be exactly the one in the advertisement pictures. Once I list a guitar for sale on reverb it is not used or touched again unless there is a seller's reason to do so.

I am the original owner of this guitar - it has very little play time on it - my reason for selling is to thin the herd. I don't really play electric guitar much at all ; acoustic steel string is my main focus. Purchased brand new from a shop out of Alberta. This guitar probably has two hours max. of play time on it in my home studio.

I purchase many new OM and GA sized acoustic guitars for my fingerstyle play ; I like to own each for a while and often choose to resell ; I take great pride of ownership [and a good amount of joy] in admiring their esthetic wood beauty and tone , and polish them up to a pristine showroom condition.

I'm a picky purchaser , the actual wood esthetic is very important to me , so I always choose from the best visually striking woods available on the market , [and if a shop does not supply pics of the actual instrument or uses stock pics , I won't make a purchase].

Please don't ask about a sound clip on a production level instrument as modern productions methods essentially ensure each build will sound similar and have a quality controlled build [i know I've owned enough instruments] ; base your decision upon the overall pleasing wood esthetic and value for the asking price ; I know what a good price is , and my resale instruments invariably start off lower than what I paid.

Please look up the production specs on the builder site [this one won't be any different].

I'm a man-cave player , so this Epiphone has never been out of my home , and unless played , it's in it's brand new deluxe archtop case I purchased from Long and Macquade , in my temp/humidity controlled environment. This Epiphone will be delivered exactly as pictured in it's original case.

It is in Mint condition , no scratches, no dings, and may find only the faintest micro swirling - just 'cause that's the way I keep all my instruments.

This guitar will be in the exact condition I have advertised it and all the pics are taken the same day this adv. was posted.

My asking price is set more than reasonable, and sale priced which is already several points better than reasonably good , and is currently low as I'm willing to take it at , so the b.o. option is not available.

Local Pick-up will require a $300 deposit fee paid in advance via an e-transfer prior to meeting [no exceptions ; i have only one to sell and the first to be payor gets the prize] ; this will help ensure a commitment to complete the purchase ; the full amount deposit fee will be deducted from the listed selling price in the final payment.

This is a private sale but sales taxes are collected by Reverb on behalf of the CDN government via new rules for on-line sales for CDN residents.

Local Pick-up/?  message me about paying off of Reverb with an e-transfer or cash at place and time of meeting  _to avoid the platform's obligatory sales taxes collection.  There will be no re-negotiating the advertised sales price at that time ; and yes , I still will have to pay to Reverb their sales commission listing fee.
