2019 Gibson L-00 Studio with Walnut back and sides. It is in excellent shape and was made on July 17 2019 (based on sn lookup), but it could be confused with a new guitar. Frets are good, setup is good, long story short it needs nothing and has not had any cracks or repairs. The guitar always been kept with a humidifier in the case.
