If you are looking for classic, vintage Strat tone, this is the set. I based this set on my own 1957 and 1960 Stratocasters with the neck and middle pickups being based on the 1957 and the bridge pickup being based on the 1960. This creates better balance between the neck/middle and bridge positions since early-60s Stratocasters tended to have slightly hotter pickups than their mid-50s counterparts.
