Late 1970s type Fender pickguard with nice natural aging -- it's currently loaded with mini pots and a 5 way switch -- that's how I got it. I don't think it's an actual 1970s Fender guard, just an older, nicely aged reissue guard. It would fit very well on your older Strat restoration project, or to give a new one some vintage mojo! It looks much like the late edition of the 70s black Fender stratocaster guards, it fits a Fender USA stratocaster body perfectly, and it's got plenty of age, scratches, etc that show a lot of age (though nothing's broken or warped, it's entirely useable). I can't swear that it's original Fender from that era because of the minipots and import style switch.... it's possible it was from one of the early 80s Squire Strats? Priced accordingly. See my other listings for more vintage pickups, guitar and vintage guitar items!
