This is an original vintage Gibson truss rod cover from the 1960s, stamped with “Deluxe” in white script on a classic black bell-shaped plate with white edging. This cover was commonly found on Gibson Deluxe models, including Les Paul Deluxe guitars from the late ’60s and early ’70s. No screws
