The OX4 Beano Set delivers the legendary tone of Clapton’s “Beano” era—raw, dynamic, and unmistakably vintage. Hand-wound in the UK by Mark Stow, these pickups are built to late-’50s PAF specs with a few key twists that give them their signature bite and clarity.

At the heart of the Beano Set are Alnico 3 magnets, chosen for their smooth response and midrange-forward character. Expect rich harmonic detail, balanced lows, and an open top end that sings—especially when pushed through a cranked amp. It’s a tone that responds beautifully to your playing dynamics, whether you’re laying back or digging in.

This set comes stock with open coils (cream neck, black bridge), lightly aged for an authentic vintage look.
