Vintage 1970's AKG D310 dynamic cardioid microphone Low Z w accessories # 1 D190E D1000E D330BT

 You are looking at a 1970's / early 1980's era AKG model D310 dynamic cardioid microphone with outstanding sound characteristics and used primarily for vocals with it's warm, smooth tone. Just the right amount of bass. It can also be used as a general broadcasting microphone. It has a 100% output and it comes with the original AKG mic clip, data sheet and original case shown.

 Pic # 2 shows this very model in an older AKG catalog showing it's basic characteristics. The AKG mics were almost always very high quality and known for their durability and superb sound.

 As you can see there is virtually no wear on the champagne gold finish of this mic. Free of any dents or fractures and looks supern overall.   The front screen is metal and has zero indentations or odors. Very lite tarnish. An original inner screen liner is still present and works great with zero rips or holes. This D310 is probably one of the nicest you'll come across as these are generally in much rougher condition. It was well taken care of over the decades. I would rate it a true 9 + on a scale of 1 - 10.

 The mic is uni-directional and is great at cancelling out any background noise. Again...a superb mic for any live performance and worth every penny.

 The mic comes with an original AKG SA-41/1 model mic clip that works very well for this mic and will screw onto any mic stand.  The clip gives a wide degree of tilt up and down. Mic clip does show lite wear in the form of scuff marks but again, works perfectly.

 Mic takes a standard XLR cable which is not included but easy enough to find. The XLR pins were cleaned on this mic giving it a perfect signal with no unwanted feedback or distortion.

 The original data sheet is also included and has a ton of technical info on this mic which will really come in handy. it's in excellent condition as well.

 The original D310 mic case shows very lite wear and works excellent. it has the inner foam insert to keep all the contents safe and snug when the mic is not in actual use.
