Futile Art FX 🪸 Laminaria Fuzz of Bloom

The modified clone of Fuzzhugger FX Algal Bloom V1 fuzz.

My take on one of the best, harmonically rich fuzzes out there! Based on first revision of Fuzzhugger’s Algal Bloom - a personal favorite of mine.
I added some parts to prevent sound cut off at minimal Gain and Bloom settings, changed the Starve pot to linear with more precise range and reversed it, added polarity protection, refined the circuit overall for better tone and performance.

Just fantastic rich open-sounding fuzz effect! Performs insanely well and just blooms on open chords with every note ringing out perfectly! Those who knows, knows... Try it out yourself! Or even compare it to original, so you can see my mods in action! 😁

Controls are:
Vol. - sets the effects Volume. Should be self explanatory...
Gain - gain adjustment and clean-up! As you back it off, it cleans up your fuzz, also adding a hint of sputter and fizzle.
Bias (Starve) - controls the flow of power to the circuit, altering response, heft, and gain (slight scratch is normal, as circuit adjusts to voltage change).
Fuzz (Bloom) - expands and pushes your fuzz tone, adding gain, sustain, and definition. Hard right is maxed out... a unique, throaty, brash-yet-full tone! 12 o'clock is its "home setting, " for thick fuzz tone!
