[Greco] EG500 (R) Les Paul Standard type Red Sunburst (Maple top, Mahogany back / Rosewood fingerboard / 2-ring pegs) Made in Japan, 1979

This is a used Greco EG500 (R).

Made in Japan (1979). This is a Les Paul Standard type with an original GO head, produced for a short period in 1979 just before the Super Real series.

According to the catalog at the time, the body seems to have a maple top, mahogany back, maple neck and rosewood fingerboard. Since the top is a maple 3-piece and the pegs are a 2-ring Kluson type, I determined that it is an EG500. It is likely that it is in a fully original condition, but I am not sure.

● The pickups are 2 covered humbuckers.

● The fretboard is fret-edged bound like the original (top right of image 9).

● The condition of the neck is an amateur judgment, but I think it is almost straight. I think that more than 60% of the frets remain. (I have not touched the rod because I do not have the tools or knowledge. However, since it was purchased second-hand, it is possible that the previous owner has adjusted it. Thank you for your understanding.)

▼The exterior shows dents and scratches due to long-term use, but considering its age, I think it is in quite good condition. The metal parts show signs of aging. This is a used item, so please refrain from bidding if you are looking for perfection.

Shipping

Worldwide shipping from Tokyo. For goods with hard cases we usually pack hard case and contents by cushioning material (usually bubble wrap). There has never been a problem with that shipping method so far. However, if you want a hard case to be included in cardboard, I can ship by that method if you pay additional $10. This applies only to products that originally have hard case.

Items are generally shipped on Mondays and Fridays. For safety reasons, items that can be removed from the body and neck will be shipped with the body and neck removed.
