Gretsch - 14x5" Gold Engraved, Brass, Round Badge Snare Drum 1960's
Drums like this don't show up every day...
Extremely rare Gretsch, 1960's, 14x5" gold engraved snare drum with the classic round badge. Extraordinary condition. The gold finish is still gleaming and almost completely intact. Upon very close inspection you'll find some minor scuffs in the finish. Some of the gold finish has rubbed off on the throw off handle, around the muffler knob and the top edge of the rim. All of this is visible in the photos.
No dents, holes, or scratches. Nothing broken, damaged or modified. No issues. 100% original including snare wires and original gold tuning key. The Gretsch logo heads on top and bottom look too nice to be original but I can't be sure.
This is the kind of drum you hunt for your whole life. When it finally appears, and it's in this condition, you know you better jump on it.
