1980 Rickenbacker 4000

This is a fantastic example of Rickenbacker's version of the angry PBass. Solid structurally and set up with medium action, this bass is a joy to play.

Cosmetically it is well used with lots of love marks. This bass shows significant signs of an active gigging life. All of the parts on this guitar are original except for the dunlop strap locks.

The electronics are original, clean, and work as they should. The bridge is showing a little bit of tail lift but not enough to affect the angle over the bridge saddles.

A new truss rod thrust block has recently been installed. The hairpin truss rods are stable and work as they should.

The frets are original and show a reasonable amount of wear for a well used 45 year old instrument.

OHS included.
