Copper is a British inspired chime and blues in our V4 Power Amp Pedal! Four tubes up front, 180 watt power section, two channels, reverb and Two notes technology. Only 1.7 kg / 3.75 lbs - all the copper tone in one small box!

The V4 Copper amp delivers a clean and saturated all tube sound, the footswitchable treble boost provides a gain boost and creates creamy valve saturation and sustain. This is the amp for that classic British jangle!

Tube Preamp Sound

The V4 Copper features a tube preamp section with 1 x EC900 and 3 x CV4014 valves running at high plate voltage, this is paired with a solid state power supply section.

Treble Boost

Designed to be like a gain boost, this treble boost circuit helps push the front end of the V4 to create creamy overdrive and sustain. The non-treble boost side ranges from clean to slightly boosted, both sides have their own volume controls.

Reverb

The lush-sounding digital reverb gives you ambience galore. Turn it down for a subtle sense of space, or max it out for a washed-out, splashy fullness! The reverb is footswitchable using a TRS cable (sold separately).

Two-Note Technology

Two-Note Audio Engineering Torpedo's built-in DynIR Virtual Cabinet technology is built into Copper. The XLR Cab Sim lets you easily take your Victory virtual cabinets anywhere. Presets were created by Chris Buck for Copper.

Serial Effects Loop

Places between the preamp and power amp. Run your time-based effects here for maximum clarity.

Balanced Line Out and Headphone Out

Send a direct feed to a separate speaker simulator, front of house or wherever you like. Can be used with or without a speaker connected. The built-in headphone output makes silent practice quick and easy.

9V DC Power Out

Want to power extra pedals and stick them on your board? We've included a 9V DC center-negative output that will provide a maximum of 500mA. This is more than enough for the vast majority of analogue drives, fuzzes and delays etc.

VRC - Valve Response Circuit

The idea behind this little piece of circuitry is to mimic what a "resonance" or "kick" control (other adjectives are available!) does in the power amp of a tube amp. So with the V.R.C(™) circuit, you get close to what a tube power section should feel like, but in a small amp you can throw in your backpack and still get up to 180 watts of power!

Three-band EQ

Powerful bass, mid and treble controls to shape your tone. These also have an effect on gain character and drive levels - just like in any tube guitar amp.

TWO NOTES TECHNOLOGY

We've teamed up with the incredibly talented people at Two notes Audio Engineering to put their incredible technology into our V4 Copper Guitar Amp.

Right out of the box, you get access to six presets created by Victory artist Chris Buck. These were specially created by Chris for the V4 Copper guitar amp. There are ten Victory virtual cabinets included with the amp and a collection of microphones and positions to choose from and create your own presets. All this is accessible by plugging the V4 Copper guitar amp into your computer, via Torpedo Remote (downloadable for free from the Two notes website) - this is also where you access the power amp modes, rooms, studio quality EQ and audio amplifier. . Register your rig with Two notes to access two more Two notes DynIR cabs.

THE HISTORY OF THE V4 AMP VALVES!

The V4 amps have some interesting tubes, to be precise 3 CV4014s and 1 EC900. The CV4014s were manufactured in 1981 at the Mullard factory in England, then stored in a climate controlled atmosphere deep underground, the depot was part of a Cold War nuclear bunker! There they remained until we decided to design products based on them!

The EC900s were manufactured by E.I (Elektronska Industrija) in the former Yugoslavia under licence from Phillips and Mullard, they were produced to an incredibly high standard, so much so that we included a 2 year warranty on the V4 amps.
