Rare vintage Gibson 335-S Deluxe finished in classic cherry red. Designed as a solid-body companion to its semi-hollow body ES-335 counterpart, the 335-S Deluxe was the most premium appointed version of the early-80’s 335-S models.

Good condition for age with plenty of character and blemishes/wear as you might expect from a 44 year old guitar (see pics). The frets are in great shape condition, and it looks a trem was fitted in the past. No breaks or repairs, and everything works as it should.

Features include a solid Mahogany double cutaway body for easy access to higher playing positions, a comfortable slim-taper Mahogany neck, premium Ebony fingerboard, dot inlays and coil-tapping via a mini toggle switch, so a versatile range of both humbucker and single coil tones. It has upgraded Grover tuners, stopbar and tailpiece. It's has a super-desirable original Tim Shaw Dirty Fingers humbucker at the neck, and a replacement Gibson PAT number 80s humbucker at the bridge position - both sound great.

It comes with its original Gibson hard case to keep it protected.
