A lovely mid 60’s Gibson EB-2 up for sale. This one embodies what every vintage instrument should look like after surviving 59 years of abuse. It certainly is a shame that most of these cool old guitars find themselves in the closet of a wealthy businessman’s closet and not touring the world for people to enjoy.

Fortunately, that is not the case with this one. It has toured coast to coast several times over and been thoroughly loved. Despite its wear, this guitar is heck of a player and the original pickup sounds delightful. The neck is quite chunky and feels much more like an earlier 60’s Gibson bass. It has been refretted and was given a clean bill of health by MacKinnon Guitar Co. Apart from the missing mute and pickguard, the bass is all original and will be shipped in it’s original case.
