I bought a Chinese flying V and didn't love the weight. So I cut the legs shorter.
Reshaped the head stock and Gave it a custom paint job.
Moved the input jack to the bottom away from the front. Installed a new volume pot.
Removed the tremolo bridge which would not allow it to stay in tune.
Installed a fixed bridge.
I filled the cavity with a maple block so it can be reversed if you want reinstall a tremolo bridge.
Here's the cool part.
I was going to switch out the pickup for something else. I don't know what it is.
But this pick up absolutely screams!
I didn't have to change it at all!
All and all a fun rebuild for me and a hell of a deal for you.
