I am offering a Fender Limited Edition Traditional '60s Daybreak Stratocaster from 2019, a Special Run (FSR) Stratocaster model limited to only 250 instruments and made in Japan with a lightweight basswood body (3.2kg total weight!), tinted maple neck with comfortable "U" neck profile and 42mm bone nut, fine Slab Rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and 21 vintage frets, wiry-hot SSS pickup set consisting of three Fender USA Custom Shop '69 Strat singlecoils, sophisticated electronics with Obsidian Wire Blender in the second tone pot, classic Fender 2-point synchronized vintage tremolo bridge and Gotoh Magnum Lock-Trad vintage tuners in a radiant Olympic White high-gloss finish with gold hardware and matching headstock in mint condition incl. black Fender gigbag and professional setup with 10-gauge Ernie Ball strings.

This limited edition Japanese Fender Traditional '60s Daybreak Stratocaster comes in an elegant vintage style and impresses with a - typically Japanese - particularly high quality of workmanship of the highest precision. The model is based on the Fender '60s vintage American Reissue (AVRI) models and is in no way inferior to its American counterparts in terms of sound, appearance and playability (on the contrary: many musicians prefer the MIJ models to the US models) - these MIJ models deliver the best price-performance ratio from Fender on the market!

As such this Stratocaster model relies on a solid basswood body, bolt-on maple neck and a slab rosewood fingerboard. With the "U" neck profile and the 42mm bone nut, the guitar offers the best playing characteristics, so that every lick comes out of the hand with playful ease.

Plugged ton an guitar amp, the three professionally upgraded Fender US Custom Shop '69 Strat singlecoil pickups deliver authentic vintage Strat sounds with typical bell-like tone development, creating the ideal conditions for all blues and rock players in both the clean and drive channels. Due to its low weight (3.2kg) the guitar already has an incredible resonance behavior acoustically and, plugged in at the latest, the instrument simply enables everything from Clapton to Mayer to Vaughn!

If that's not enough, the Obsidian Wire Blender offers a second tone pot for seamless adding of the neck or bridge pickup in different positions of the 5-way switch, creating even richer and more balanced sound options.

A sound example of the model (only without upgrades) can be found above at the end of the photo gallery.

Fender's own vintage synchronized tremolo and precise Gotoh Magnum Lock-Trad vintage tuners, together with the coveted Olympic White high-gloss finish and fine gold hardware, give the guitar aesthetic perfection and an incredible vintage vibe.

This is one of those guitars that can be played at home but just as well at sweaty rock shows or black tie corporate parties... it has that unwavering coolness ;)
