Made in Japan by Morris and sold under the Bill Lawrence name, this incredibly aesthetic Telecaster was a signature model for Kaori Okui and was built in 1990. Transparent red finish on a sen ash body with a stained maple neck/fingerboard, it weighs 3.7kg's. The neck has a '54 profile with a slight V shape , 22 frets with a 648mm scale length. This one has a Fernandes Dog Fighter humbucker in the bridge position and a generic Telecaster pickup in the neck along with some black Gotoh tuners, otherwise it appears to be original.
Given a basic service prior to listing, frets are shiny with some light pitting but have plenty of life, the truss is adjustable and the neck is straight.
