Danelectro 56 U-3 Reissue 1998 - 2004 - Silver Metalflake

I bought this Danelectro 56-U3 back in 2002 as a slide guitar for a blues/rock cover band I was playing in at the time. After trying many guitars, this won the gig as the high string action with 12 gauge strings, lipstick pickups and that awesome Select-O-Matic switch made it easy to dial in that sweet, overdriven slide tone that was in my head.

As you can see by the pictures, the guitar is in excellent shape with no dings, scratches or fret wear (because of the exclusive slide playing only). This instrument is resonant and light and a lot of fun to play!

This guitar has served me well over the years but I'm not playing as a regular gigging musician anymore and need to downsize my collection.
