Kent Vegas 530 LG-65T (1960s, RARE Natural Mahogany)

Consider if you will: This Kent Vegas 530 LG-65T in a RARE natural finish. This guitar was made by Matsumoku and was also known as a Guyatone LG-65t 1960...all the way down to the reverse tone pot. Usually these had a tobacco burst with black headstock, this is the only one I have ever seen in natural with a natural headstock. 

This thing plays great. It shows some finish checking throughout on the body, as well as some wear on the pickguard from use where the pick would contact it. There is also some light wear from use throughout the guitar, but nothing really that noticeable...and nothing that is structurally damaging. 

This guitar has what seem to be a basically new pair of flat wound strings on it when I got it, so I didn't change them.  The only thing is whoever strung this guitar last didn't run the strings the right way over the tail piece, so the trem bends up instead of dives down.  If this is a dealbreaker, I would be happy to restring it for you, just send me a message. 

As always, I cleaned it up, polished the finish, oiled the board, flushed the electronics and set the action as low as I could.  This guitar comes with a basic gig bag.
