I have a 51 Telecaster "Dusty Hill Signature" Tribute (i.e. Copy/Clone) Bass that was hand built in 2022. It has a relic alder body with an aged raw back maple neck. Installed is a hand wound Bare Knuckle 51 flat traditional single coil bass pickup with 500k CTS volume/tone pots and a fender vintage bridge. The bass plays and sounds great! I played an original $6,000 Dusty Hill Signature Custom Shop bass, this one plays and sounds as deep and round as to the original. Get the same vibe for a fraction of the cost! Too many basses, selling a few to fund studio gear.
