1964 Harmony Bobkat with Curtis Novak pickups and vibrato tailpiece.
The body, neck and bridge are from a 1964, while the tailpiece and pick guard are probably from a 1966.
Pickups are Curtis Novak’s gold foils.
The neck pickup is the deArmond version (powerful with nice overdrive tone) while the bridge one is the GT version (fender bell like tone).
Tuners, wiring, pots and knobs are not the original ones and it comes with a volume, tone and pickup selector. Two pots have been removed to allow an easier use of the vibrato bar.
It has signs of usage, dings and chips in the finish and on the pickguard, but it sound and plays very well.
It has also a longitudinal crack on the top of the headstock (see pictures) that has been there for years and has not moved and has a 1/4 Jack plate on the lower side that has been installed by the previous owner.
Does not come with a case.
