Vintage rare Silvertone 12AX7A preamp driver tube, USA, excellent sound, 1960s. It tests over 920 on both sides of both tubes on my Mutual Conductance tube tester, where 640 is minimum good-very strong. Excellent sounding tube that is open, detailed, dynamic, involving, smooth, transparent, musical and natural. It is long gray plates, O getter. Vintage original Silvertone.
