Epiphone G-400 Gothic SG 2003 Pitch Black Electric Guitar w/ EMG HZ Pickups

Here for sale we have an Epiphone SG Goth G-400 with upgraded EMG-HZ pickups in Pitch Black finish from 2003. Made in Korea, this guitar features a Mahogany body, Mahogany neck, 22-fret Rosewood fingerboard, “XII” inlay at 12th fret, two EMG-HZ passive pickups and a pitch black satin finish.

The scale length of this guitar is 24.75 inches with a nut width of 1.68 inches. The body and neck of this guitar are made of Mahogany which provides the guitar with a good amount of sustain right from the get go. Although the body has a satin finish, the neck is more glossy to the touch which provides a more accurate and responsive playing experience.

This particular guitar has two EMG-HZ Humbucking pickups that have been installed by a previous owner. They are perfectly functional and provide a really punchy tone. Due to the nature of EMG pickups, the sound that you get from them is very consistent and level. With a biting bridge pickup and a smooth, articulate neck pickup, this guitar can give you everything you want from an Epiphone SG and more!

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Light areas of wear are visible to the front and rear, just where there is some lighter and darker parts which are common on a matte finish. Some finish chipping is visible in small spots to the top edge region.

Neck: Light markings and a finish indent behind the 2nd fret are visible. The neck offers a smooth playing surface and has a glossier finish from previous playing wear.

Body: Scratch markings are visible to the rear and sides most visibly, with some areas having a glossier look from playing wear. There is visible scratch marking to the pickguard.

Condition of Frets:

No/Little Signs of wear/indents

Height of the string from the 12th Fret- Treble 1.5mm - Bass 2mm
