Manley Tube direct Interface Box. This is one of there original units in good condition.
SOUNDS AMAZING for anything from instruments to vocals as a buffer or direct box for Bass guitars and acoustics. They do not make these anymore. It has a  big custom Manley transformer and a USA NOS tube in it.
What else would you want to warm your signal chain up? 110 volt unit a little old but works like a charm.
