To commemorate the 15th anniversary of Takayoshi Ohmura's debut, this special ESP Custom Shop SNAPPER-7 Ohmura Custom “Pink Monster" limited edition has just arrived. Hand-crafted in the Tokyo at the ESP custom shop, this over-the-top and spectacular instrument is one of only two we have had built. Comes with a special hard case, autographed certificate, and a portrait.
Takayoshi Ohmura is one of Japan's most talented guitar virtuosos. While extremely versatile, Mr. Ohmura is likely best known to American audiences as the mastermind behind the infectious "BabyMetal" project. The Snapper 7 Ohmura custom is an extremely resonant and vibrant instrument that plays like butter. Don't let its wild looks fool you, this guitar is pure class and sounds amazing.
The basic specs are the similar to the regular SNAPPER-7 Ohmura Custom: alder body, quartersawn maple neck, EMG 81-7H & 85-7H pickups, etc, but entirely painted in Ohmura's signature "Twinkle Pink" finish, custom inlays, glow-in-the-dark side dots, brass nut, gold hardware, gold EVO frets and a brass nut.
