The Taylor Doyle Dykes DDSM signature acoustic-electric guitar brings you the incredible tone of a premium Grand Auditorium-sized acoustic, with beautiful appointments and stage-friendly features worthy of the fingerstyle legend. The DDSM has a solid Sitka spruce top, beautiful big leaf maple back and sides, and an elegant ebony neck with distinctive pearl inlays. The comfortable hard rock maple neck is amazingly playable. You also get a Florentine single cutaway and an onboard L.R. Baggs pickup system for top-notch live performance from the DDSM.
Doyle Dykes is widely hailed as one of the greatest acoustic fingerstylists in the world, and a guitarist with few peers in any genre. The DDSM acoustic-electric 6-string is the product of several years of collaboration, and features a "thin-body" Grand Auditorium body with Florentine cutaway, a white rose peghead inlay made from mother of pearl and abalone, and mother of pearl "Chet"-style fretmarkers.
