This is a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier 3x3 6 Button Footswitch. This footswitch was made later on after the Dual and Triple Rectifiers came out. The added features to this style control was the Mute Button and a sleeker design. This footswitch was not sold with it's amplifier and does not come with a cable.
