Remo Pinstripe Ebony Heads are made with two Mylar plies (one 10-mil, one 5-mil). The space outside of the "pinstripe" is filled with a measured ring-reducing agent to dampen unwanted high frequency overtones.
The focused, dark tone and quick decay of Pinstripe Ebony heads make them ideal for the fat sounds of Rock, R&B, and anybody who wants more low end with moderate attack and response characteristics.
