Fostex R8 remote extension cable. The remote on the R8 is tied to a very small lead so this extends it to great length to enable you to punch record away from the machine to not pick up whirr on your recording. I believe it fits a few other Fostex models, but if you are looking at this, i guess you know that already. This particular one is in great condition.
