The Dr. Scientist BoostBot is an always-on, ultra-compact clean boost with dynamic, real-time level display meter. The buffer/booster circuit is the same from the Reverberator, a very popular and great sounding clean boost that's clean and loud. The boost circuit is a classic op amp design, a clean and loud amplifier that sounds great and provides 20 dB of boost. Displaying the signal level is a classic 10 Segment Bar Graph LED. Like all Dr. Scientist pedals the BoostBot can be used with guitar, bass, synths, and many other instruments.
One volume knob sets the amount of boost, unity gain buffer when at minimum, 20 dB of gain when at maximum.
