Marantz M-CR603 Network Stereo Receiver with CD Player

This is the perfect sound system if space is at a premium. With the edition of an external Netgear WiFi adapter, I had no problems connecting to, viewing and playing my vast library of music on a 2TB NAS drive.  We are talking about 68,497 different songs in nearly 4,500 albums and I can scroll through all the various folder levels and select anything I like to hear at any moment. FLAC files sound particularly stupendous. 

The remote of this stereo is brand new, never used by me - I always used an RCA 6-in-1 Universal Learning Remote to control this. The outside of the case is flawless, no scratches.  I do not have the original box, but it will come with the original remote, AM and FM antenna, original manual, and the NetGear WiWi adapter (you may have to provide your own power source for the Netgear WiFi adapter - I was using the USB jack on the side of a ROKU box for powering it).

It will be carefully and professionally packed and shipped to ensure arrival undamaged. And of course it will be shipped insured for the full sales price plus shipping price, to protect both of us against loss or damage in transit by the shipping company.  Shipping will be by the most affordable carrier, my choice, unless you have a preference and are willing to pay any additional costs that causes for me.

I really don't want to sell it, but my wife wants me to change our living room sound to surround sound (again)! Just when I thought she was happier with good old stereo (I'm happier with good old stereo).  I'm have been using this with a pair of Tang Band W8-1808  8" Neodymium Full Range Driver speakers in a pair of TQWT horn boxes I built. (NOT getting rid of those when I set up 5.1 surround sound for the wife!) With a set of highly efficient speakers such as these, this Marantz can get seriously too loud for comfort (but sound so sweet all the same) with the volume only at 35%.

The M-CR603 lets you access the world of Internet streamed media through the Pandora, Rhapsody and Napster music services, and you can choose from 1000s of Internet radio stations with vTuner.
