VINTAGE 80s Fisher CA-35 amplifier and FM 35 tuner - WORKS!

I am cleaning out audio extras, and putting up this working 1980's Fisher combo of a CA-35 Integrated amplifier and its matching FM-35 stereo tuner. The CA-35 is an integrated amplifier with a 5 band EQ tone control, and inputs for a turntable, tape, the tuner, and an Auxiliary input for an MP3 player or CD deck. The FM-35 is a basic and simple AM FM tuner that is matched to the unit, and draws power from it - uses a DC current off the transformer in the amplifier. Puts out 20 watts and will drive two different sets of speakers, so you can run a set in one room, and a set in another or outside. In its day this Fisher package offered a decent bang-for-the-buck performance and reception. This amplifier was an older amp design that Fisher kept updating the cosmetics and matching up with different cassette and tuner combos to use up those older models and parts as they were replaced by newer ones.  But the amp is a decent lower mid watt design that sounds nice and will run a turntable in an apartment, garage, dorm, etc, without blasting the neighbors.  This one works FINE. When the tuner is hooked up to a decent but basic antenna it pulls in both AM and FM stations great. If you are looking for a basic vintage stereo amp set up and want to play vinyl on a turntable without having to buy a preamp to boot, this is a good way to go.
