Washburn CB14 Classic Electric Bass
The Washburn CB14 Bass Guitar combines tonality with powerful electronics and killer craftsmanship. The bass is built on the uniquely carved CB design for a modern look and a comfortable approach. This model starts with a beautiful maple top that gives it stunning visual appeal. The electronics include Eden active pickups, plus three bands of EQ, and a volume control. It's natural finish completes the raw, earthy appeal of the Washburn CB14 bass. With lightning-fast feel and show-stopping beauty, this classic Washburn bass is ready for the main stage when you are!
It also uses the Buzz Feiten Tuning System, a tempered formula which uses a compensated nut and saddle to correct the inherent intonation problems of guitar tuning. The system that Buzz devised has been a godsend to musicians. Fans of the system include Eddie Van Halen, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Liona Boyd and Andy Summers. The Buzz Feiten Tuning System is standard on all USA made Washburn basses and is featured on select imported models. Washburn is the only major bass manufacturer to incorporate the system as a standard feature on production bass guitars.
