I purchased this unit directly from AudioScape on August 2, 2023, back during their classic, hyper-exclusive storefront drop days. This is a true, small-batch build from the period when these units were meticulously hand-assembled in small quantities rather than scaled mass production.

Sound & Construction:
While the 76A brings the raw midrange edge, the 76D is the definitive studio workhorse. Built using a premium Cinemag CM-O12 input transformer and premium NOS 1970s FETs, it serves up that classic, authoritative, low-end-preserving compression that made the original Revision D a mainstay on tracking chains worldwide. It adds spectacular density to kick drums, pins down dynamic bass tracks effortlessly, and gives lead vocals a massive, radio-ready polish.

Condition:
Excellent to mint cosmetic and functional condition. It has spent its entire life bolted into a professional, smoke-free studio rack. Faceplate is exceptionally clean, all ratio push-buttons lock precisely, the VU meter is perfectly calibrated, and the attenuation is buttery smooth.
