Poor Condition. Noticeable pitting on the shell. Strainer is functional. Internal muffler is stiff but functional. Snare wires are missing.
One of the lugs is missing the swivel nuts. Finding the correct Premier model or other swivel nuts that will fit may be a bit difficult.
Proper repairs and a deep cleaning will bring this drum back to life!
