Rockport Technologies - Atria II (PAIR - Black, Floor Model)

Rockport Technologies Atria II Floorstanding Loudspeakers — Floor ModelReference-level performance. Handcrafted in Maine. Now available at Codell Audio (floor model)

The Rockport Technologies Atria II is a loudspeaker for listeners who want to hear into their music — combining extraordinary resolution, effortless dynamics and natural tonal realism with the scale and authority of a true high-end floorstander.

This is not simply a compact speaker that happens to perform well. The Atria II is engineered with the same obsessive attention to cabinet construction, driver technology and mechanical integrity that defines Rockport's larger reference loudspeakers.

Its sophisticated 3-way design pairs a 9-inch carbon-fiber sandwich woofer, 6-inch carbon-fiber sandwich midrange and 1-inch beryllium dome tweeter, delivering a presentation that is remarkably fast, transparent and dynamic while retaining the tonal naturalness and musicality expected from a Rockport.

The result is a speaker that can disappear completely when the music starts — replacing the physical cabinets with a huge, coherent and exceptionally precise soundstage.
